Refunds and Exchanges
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We understand the difficulty of selecting personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. **Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange. Please note that most VesselofZen products (unused) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Additional service fees such as shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is in stock, we will refund or exchange it after receiving the returned item.
Please note that items cannot be refunded after being exchanged.
If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items are final sale. Please note that these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. The item must be in its original packaging.
Return labels are only provided for defective products within the policy period.

Returns without labels
If you need to return a product, you will need to bear the shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

1. Can Vessel of Zen ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world, but due to shipping restrictions, the following countries are excluded. We apologize for this inconvenience and will continue to work to improve our service.

2. How much is shipping?
Orders over $99.99 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $99.99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on product weight and your delivery location. We strive to keep shipping costs affordable. However, shipping charges are determined by our shipping company. Therefore, even free products require shipping fees.
Note: During promotional periods, we offer a site-wide free shipping promotion. Please stay tuned!

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = general production time + processing time + shipping time
(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

General production process time: 5-7 business days (as these are handmade products, we adhere to the principle of not mass-producing or replicating items, so the general production process takes 5-7 days)

Incorrect shipping information
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
Please note that customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Once the package has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to redirect it to another shipping address.

4. How can I track my order?
·Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the relevant information. You can then click on: Track My Order to track the status of your shipment.
5. Why has your package been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated?
1. When the product is handmade in Linfen and handed over to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page.
2. Due to international shipping, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the international transit center. During this period, there is no shipping information available for the domestic transport to the international transit center. Once the package arrives at the international transit center and is scanned, the shipping information will be updated.
6. What should I do if my package has not been delivered?
If you have not received your package within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at jinbaoge8888@gmail.com. We will resend your package or issue a full refund.
